I've been waiting patiently for over 2 months. Plotting, planning, listening to hours and hours and hours of music. New, old, off the beaten path, mainstream. Finding songs long forgotten in the club, tunes I hadn't heard since the early days of Cooter's.
After 3 years of DJing in Cincinnati (two months at Jekyll & Hyde's and 2 and a half years at the Dock) this feel different. I'm actually building something from scratch. It feels more worthwhile, like this is what I should be doing. No more prefab, no more riding coat tails, no more micro management from people who were never a boss. This time it's mine.
DJ Victim and I will give you one hell of a show. It won't be what your used to. I hope you enjoy every minute of the night. You'll hear songs you've never heard before and you'll hear tracks long overdue to make their presense known in a club.
The INVASION is coming! And if our force made up of 10 or 300, it will be worth every minute of it.

So this website, some of you might have heard of it, www.woot.com, does daily sales of items. You can find some really good deals on there sometimes.
Well everyonce in a while they do what they like to call wootoffs! Basically they take all of their random stock items and sell them throughout the day, only going to the next deal when all of one item sells out. They throw in randomly what is called a bag of crap. For $3 plus $5 for shipping they send you 3 random "bags of crap". This is such a highly sought after item that their website usually locks up at the volume of people trying to buy this.
I was lucky enough last time to win one.

You're right nicodemusblasko, Beborn Beton's Hemoglobin and Front Line Assembly's Mindphaser's backing beats are relatively the same. Except of course Hemoglobin is trucking along at 135BPM where Mindphaser is at 125BPM. To beatmatch that you'd have to either speed up Mindphaser, which doesn't do it justice or slow down Hemoglobin, but that fucks up Stephan's voice a bunch.
